OA exchange policy, for damaged or defective items only, extends 7 days (for OA merchandise credit only). If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item with your OA merchandise credit code (which never expires).
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. We recommend using a trackable service for all exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
OA currently does not accept returns.
