Exclusions:
Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for return or exchange. Unfortunately, sale items, including those purchased using discount codes, cannot be returned or exchanged. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Shipping Responsibility:
When initiating a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable service for your convenience and peace of mind. Additionally, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
